Studio Tecnico Peluso, led by licensed surveyor (geometra) Vittorio Peluso, operates in Modena and throughout the province, supporting private clients, construction companies, professionals and public authorities at every stage of the building process: from the initial survey of the as-built condition through to construction site completion and cadastral requirements.
Our method always starts with data. We use state-of-the-art surveying equipment — drones for aerial imaging, terrestrial laser scanners for comprehensive scanning of spaces and GPS receivers for geodetic referencing — so every project is based on verifiable measurements rather than approximate estimates. The acquired data are transformed into point clouds, dimensioned floor plans and three-dimensional models that can be used directly in the design process.
