01 · Digital Survey
How do we obtain accurate data before starting the design process?
We carry out comprehensive topographic surveys using drones, dual-band GPS/GNSS RTK, laser scanner, electronic levels, and total stations. Combining these instruments enables us to document land, buildings, and infrastructure with centimetre-level accuracy, even in complex or difficult-to-access environments. Deliverables include CAD and GIS drawings, georeferenced point clouds, and three-dimensional models obtained by integrating interior and exterior scans. We also create technical inventories for civil and industrial buildings, classifying and geolocating windows and doors, fire protection systems, electrical systems, intrusion detection systems, and other components relevant to maintenance.

02 · BIM
How do we transform a survey into a digital twin?
Using the BIM methodology, we create digital twins of existing buildings and information models for new construction, coordinating architectural, structural and building services elements within a single environment. The result improves communication among designers and makes the long-term management of building assets more effective. CAD to BIM workflows convert existing drawings into multidisciplinary models, while Scan to BIM starts from point clouds acquired with a 3D laser scanner. We also create interior and exterior renderings and immersive views that make it possible to assess spaces, materials, lighting and design solutions before implementation.

Which building permit applications can we manage for you?
We handle Docfa and Pregeo cadastral procedures, planning permissions, building permit applications, tax deductions, and public land occupancy permits. We assist private clients and businesses with renovation and attic conversion projects, verifying documentation, compliance, and approval procedures. Our support continues with construction supervision and final inspection of the works. A dedicated technical contact coordinates the process and keeps the client updated, reducing delays, requests for supplementary documentation, and uncertainty in dealings with the relevant authorities.
