Retention
Contact details relating to enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for a maximum of 24 months. Data relating to professional engagements are retained for 10 years following the end of the relationship, in compliance with civil and tax obligations. Browsing data are retained only for the period strictly necessary for security and statistical purposes.
Recipients
Data may be disclosed to parties acting as data processors (hosting providers, email service providers, analytics tool providers), accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities where required by law. The data are not disseminated or subject to automated decision-making processes.
Transfers Outside the EU
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are carried out on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
